Hello! I am Raffy Domenico Puna, male, 14 years old. I was born on April 16, 1993 at Davao City. I currently live at Blk-29 lot-1 Tibungco Relocation.

I belong to the Orphaned category. I became a scholar of Kerry Parson's Family Foundation Inc. last June 01, 2006. I had my interview last May 13, 2008.

Currently, I am a grade four student of Cavanis Elementary School. When I grow up I want to become a Policeman.
